Sarcoma Patients EuroNet Association (SPAEN) is the international network of sarcoma, GIST and desmoid patient advocacy groups. It was founded in April 2009 with the aim of extending information, support and advocacy to patient organizations for the benefit of sarcoma patients across of Europe and internationally. SPAEN is a key partner of SELNET by increasing the visibility of sarcoma patients.
The Spanish Group for Research on Sarcomas (Grupo Español de Investigación en Sarcomas, GEIS) is a non-profit medical research association dedicated to improve the outcome of Spanish sarcoma patients through research and dissemination.
